Boundaries

It is important to know my personal boundaries:

1. First sessions are about you, I need to know you can express your boundaries. Exceptions to this would be if we already have had some contact, and you are confident in expressing and holding your boundaries.

2. Boundaries are set at the start of a session, these are held all the way through that session for our protection. However, we can say ‘no’ to an activity we had previously said ‘yes’ to.
